  • Perform inspections of SMARA regulated mining operations to assure compliance with the approved reclamation plan and conditions of approval,
  • Prepare inspection report(s) to verify compliance with the reclamation plan and conditions of approval,
  • Review Financial Assurance Cost Estimates to determine adequacy, and
